Meet the Owner
I'm Margie Bashour, the proud founder of MB Concepts, LLC. With over 18 years of experience in the energy efficiency sector, with a significant focus on data analytics and tool development, I've dedicated my career to empowering businesses with the support they need to thrive.
Before launching MB Concepts a year ago, I spent more than a decade as a data analyst and systems specialist, configuring databases and developing tools that streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. My background also includes roles in finance, project management, and subcontracting, which have all shaped my holistic approach to business and client service.
I am committed to meeting your needs completely and efficiently.
My philosophy is simple: listen intently, deliver excellence, and empower individuals.
IT Operations Specialist
As a Game Programmer turned IT Specialist, I have a passion for solving complex problems and creating engaging experiences. I completed a field of study in Game Programming at Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) in 2019, where I learned various programming languages, tools, and frameworks for developing games and interactive media.
Since October 2022, I have been working as an IT Service Desk II at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where I provide technical support and guidance to staff and partners across the globe. I leverage my programming, troubleshooting, and documentation skills to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance user satisfaction. I also collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems. I enjoy working in a diverse and mission-driven organization that strives to make a positive impact on the world.
